Welcome to Big Heart Animal Care.
My name is Victoria Franklin. I've been a Canberra resident for over thirty years, and I've always owned pets. I love animals, no matter what size, shape or temperament.
I currently live in Banks with two dogs (kelpie x cattle dog pups!), three resident cats and I regularly foster cats as well. My family fondly refer to me as 'the cat whisperer.'
I hold a current an AFP National Police check.
SERVICES
I will come to your home and care for your pets as if they were my own. My standard service is a once-daily visit, providing:
- Plenty of love and affection! (or best wishes from afar for my quieter clients!)
- Feeding your pet/s as per instructions and checking water
- Waste management as required
- A written daily report and daily text message (if desired)
- Administration of medication
- Management of mail/bins as required
- Home security check
EXTRA REQUIREMENTS?
If you have extra requirements for your pet/s or home, that's not a problem. My service also offers:
- Dog walking
- Discounted second daily visit
- Extended visit for play, grooming, extra love (+30m)
- Garden watering

Standard Service: $39 p/visit
- Extra visit p/day +$30
- Dog walking UPDATED
NOW ONLY $10 p/20m!
- Extended visit (+30m) +$20
- Garden watering (p/10m) +$10
My regular service areas include Tuggeranong, Woden, Weston Creek, Tharwa, Royalla, Queanbeyan, Jerrabomberra, Googong and Inner South suburbs.
Distance surcharge (applicable p/visit) -
- Zone 1 suburbs (Inner North & Whitlam - blue) +$9 p/visit,
- Zone 2 suburbs (Belconnen & Gunghalin - red) +$18 p/visit
